Three seasonal table plans
A sequence to consider, with room to choose differently.
Seasonal plans connect dishes already on the menus. Spring leaves space between a clear beginning and a warm centre; summer considers a midday meal by the window; autumn moves toward slower pots and a tart ending. They are editorial selections, not new fixed-price menus or ticketed events.
Every linked dish retains its own ingredients, portion, price and serving period. The date windows describe the plans, while the shared opening hours and local table rules govern a proposed visit. Begin with a season that interests you, then choose the amount and pace that suit the table.
