Describe the production sequence
The event exercise distinguishes rigging preparation, sound equipment and presentation materials without claiming to move a real production. Each group needs a receiving order and an accountable handover. A delivery deadline becomes useful only when the crew and access window are defined.
Keep restricted contents visible
Batteries, pressurised items, liquids and unusual equipment need review before a transport mode is assumed. Listing a shipment as event equipment is not a classification. The site requests a specialist brief and offers no automatic restricted-cargo estimate.
Plan a quiet exception path
A changed rehearsal time can affect every later handover. Record who may approve a revised delivery sequence and how a real team would reach them outside this demo. The worksheet cannot send an alert or confirm that an alternative vehicle is available.
Close the loop after use
A return inventory should account for rented equipment, spent materials and packaging that no longer protects the load. Keep the return pickup and onward destination separate. Copying the outward enquiry without checking those changes creates an avoidable gap.
