Session outline
Useful repetition, one step at a time.
- Meet: 15 minutes before the published start for check-in and fitting.
- Prepare: beach reading, teaching-zone boundaries and board-control rehearsal.
- Practice: coached water time with a regroup halfway through.
- Review: return all boards to shore before a short personal next-step note.
