Find a sample order
Open the orders page in the same browser that created the demonstration order. The record lists the exact products, sizes, quantities and example total saved at checkout. It is not evidence of a purchase.
Try the local request
Select the return-request action on a sample order. The status changes in local browser storage only. No shop receives a request, no collection is booked and no money is refunded.
What a real policy would need
Eligibility, deadlines, costs, condition requirements, exceptions and statutory rights depend on the actual goods, operator and jurisdiction. Those terms need a real commercial and legal review. The example workflow does not establish or limit anyone’s rights.
