A complete return starts before packing
Keep a tested backup, remove account locks and check the small pieces as carefully as the main device.
Prepare your work
Copy the files and settings you need, then open representative material from the backup. Remove personal accounts and device-finding locks using the device's documented procedure before resetting it. A reset may not remove every type of lock or securely erase every medium.
Remove your SIMs, memory cards and external storage unless they belong to the supplied kit. For sensitive data, use the procedure required by your organisation and the actual device. Circuit & Field does not certify data erasure or receive personal files.
Count and inspect
Use the supplied-items list for the exact model and bundle. Count power supplies, caps, adapters, controllers, straps and charging cases, then note visible condition honestly. Keep different kits separate so a physically similar charger is not returned with the wrong device.
Follow the manufacturer's cleaning guidance and allow equipment to cool before packing where required. Do not use unapproved solvents, conceal damage or attempt an unsafe repair to make an item appear ready. Keep a written record of questions that need assessment.
Agree a real handover separately
This website cannot issue a shipping label, schedule collection or accept a return. A real provider would need to confirm the deadline, the packing method and any transport restrictions, including those for batteries. No address in this demonstration is a delivery destination.
