Autumn, from broth to slow pot
Warm vegetables, a deeper middle and a tart ending.

A mushroom-and-miso broth or a small roasted vegetable can begin the autumn sequence without making the first course the richest part of the meal. Squash with white beans and rosemary offers one main; short rib with carrot and mustard offers another. The latter includes a celery-containing stock, while the vegetable main follows its own recipe.
A cool pickle gives the warm centre a different bite. For dessert, coconut rice with roasted plum leaves tartness at the end, and a pot of roasted tea can accompany the final conversation. These suggestions remain ordinary menu choices with separate prices. The plan does not create an unlisted group package or assume that everyone wants the same plate.
The autumn window follows the shared dinner hours. A proposed date still needs to satisfy Monday closure, listed closed dates and the relevant party rules. The local preview stays unsent and cannot hold a table. The seasonal sequence is a useful way to begin discussing the meal, with enough room left for the people who will eat it.
