Action 7 Black adds higher frame-rate modes and a removable battery to the Luma action range. The camera records 4K at 60 fps or 1080p at 120 fps, providing two different balances of detail and motion sampling. The supplied clear housing is part of the defined shallow-water configuration rather than a promise that the bare body can be immersed.

Test the housing seal empty and inspect its closure before any water use. Select the recording mode before mounting so controls do not need to be reached in an awkward position. Faster modes create more data and heat, so check a short sample and allow cooling pauses during repeated captures.
