Open 325 uses open backs so the listening experience remains connected to the room rather than sealed off by closed cups. It is a passive wired pair for focused listening at a desk, with no battery or call microphone. Its role is different from a travel cancellation headset and should be chosen around the actual room.
Use a quiet space away from people who would be disturbed by leaked sound. Start with the source volume low and route the analogue cable so it cannot pull the headphones from the table. Keep the padded box for storage rather than pushing the open grilles against loose objects in a bag.
