Leaf 16 keeps the emphasis on a small, useful library. The 6.8-inch reflective screen reads differently from a phone display and offers a front light when the room is dim. Its 16 GB storage is ample for many ordinary text files, though large scanned PDFs consume space much faster than reflowable books.
Try one representative PDF before transferring an entire reference collection. Small text locked into a scanned page can require repeated zooming, which is slower on this display. Keep the folio closed in a bag and use the supplied data cable when a local transfer is preferable to Wi-Fi.
